1. About Born On Purpose Hub

Born On Purpose Hub (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a professional event venue located in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida. Born On Purpose Hub provides space for corporate meetings, trainings, workshops, board retreats, seminars, and approved community events.

This website is dedicated exclusively to venue rental and related services.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

•Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or booking platforms

•Use this site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content

•Copy, scrape, or misuse content for commercial purposes

We reserve the right to restrict access for any misuse of this website.

3. Booking and Reservations

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a reservation.

A reservation is confirmed only after:

•Required deposit has been received

•A rental agreement has been executed

Born On Purpose Hub reserves the right to decline any booking request at its discretion.

4. Deposits, Payments, and Cancellations

•A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation date.

•Remaining balances must be paid in accordance with the rental agreement.

•Cancellation policies, rescheduling terms, and refund eligibility are outlined in the signed rental contract.

Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of your reservation.

5. Permitted and Prohibited Uses

Born On Purpose is designed for professional and structured events, including:

•Corporate meetings

•Executive retreats

•Trainings and workshops

•Board meetings

•Community forums

•Approved private events

The following may be restricted or prohibited unless otherwise agreed in writing:

•Hard liquor (if applicable to your venue policy)

•Illegal activities

•Excessive noise beyond permitted hours

•Events exceeding occupancy limits

•Activities that damage property

We reserve the right to immediately terminate events that violate these policies without refund.

6. Occupancy and Safety

All events must comply with:

•Fire code occupancy limits

•ADA accessibility requirements

•Local safety regulations

Clients are responsible for ensuring that guests follow venue rules and do not damage property.

7. Vendor Policy

Outside vendors may be permitted. However:

•Vendors must comply with venue policies

•Clients are responsible for vendor behavior and cleanup

•Additional insurance may be required

Born On Purpose Hub is not responsible for third-party vendor performance.

8. Property Damage

The renting party is financially responsible for:

•Damage to walls, floors, furniture, or equipment

•Excessive cleaning beyond standard post-event reset

•Missing or stolen property

A damage fee may be assessed following inspection.

9. Assumption of Risk

By entering the premises, you and your guests assume all risks associated with participation in events held at Born On Purpose Hub.

Born On Purpose Hub is not liable for:

•Personal injury not caused by gross negligence

•Loss or theft of personal property

•Incidents arising from third-party vendors

10. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, photographs, content, and website materials are property of Born On Purpose Hub and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Photography and Media

Events hosted at Born On Purpose Hub may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If privacy is required, clients must notify management prior to the event.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Born On Purpose Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the venue or website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
